Formal Dining nights on 5 day cruise?

How many formal dining nights are there on the 5-day Western carribbean cruise? I've read both 1 and 2 nights...

For their 5-night western Caribbean itineraries, Royal Caribbean suggests 1 formal night, 1 "smart casual" night, and 3 casual nights.

We did a 5 day on the Enchantment of the Seas in Dec 05 and there was 1 Formal Night-Of course on a cruise you can go formal any night if you like being dressy-it is always in fashion on a cruise!
