If you used a T.A. to book your cruise, you will want to follow-up with them about your paperwork. I think my T.A. got me my documents about 3 weeks before my cruise last August. I have read on many postings throughout this site that the typical timeframe is usually about 2 weeks prior.
Enchantment does not have a basketball court / net on her. They have the typical rock wall and a new feature last year - the bungee tramboline. Did not due it myself, but my 8 year-old loved it.
Enchantment is a good size vessel. It is smaller than the Voyager class, and significantly smaller than the new Freedom of the Seas - but I was very impressed with the size.
For a good comparison, I would recommend you hit the R.C. website and go to their "Ships" section. You can see the various classes of ships and bring up specs on each of the vessels.
My cruise last year was my families first, and we had a blast. I think you will find plenty to do, and will be very pleased with the size and condition of the ship.
