Has anybody ever purchased the romantic packages that the cruise lines offer? I was thinking about it, but I would like to know what you all think of it.

Got the package that included flowers, canapé’s before dinner and sweets (hope you like marzipan!) after dinner every night, picture frame, champagne breakfast, etc. Don't remember the name of the package.

Really nice, but the canapé’s and sweets get old after the 3rd night. Not enough variety. Flowers didn't last 'til the end of the cruise.

In all fairness this cruise was the first 7-day that the Radiance did in Alaska, May 2001. They probably just weren't comfortable with the routine. We met a couple on the Brilliance that ordered it and all was fine.
