important question about freedom of the seas ship

Hi, i am going on this ship in early May this year and really need advice from someone who has been on this ship, i am a bodybuilder and need to know from someone who has seen the fitness center, is there a dumbell rack and is there a bench press and barbells, if anyone can tell me that then that would be great and if you have pictures that would be amazing, thank you so much

I have not used the Fitness Center on the Freedom, however they do have free weights, Life Fitness machines including Cable Motion series equipment, and Hammer Strength Motion machines.

Hi Krisotanda, welcome to Cruise-Chat. I applaud your determination to stick with your routine. We usually make it once or twice to the fitness area, but that's about it! The equipment on board is quite extensive, even on smaller ships. Hope you have a wonderful cruise and once again, welcome aboard!

Great pictures Sonny, you always come through. Fitness areas are really great. The last cruise I went on the first day was packed and each day after that the crowd really thinned out. No one there the last day.
