Can I expect to find a ship full of beautiful people straight from ads and commercials? Please tell me that there are normal sized slugs like myself enjoying these cruises.
If so: No, you will certainly not find the ship to be full of models. On a cruise ship you will find the whole spectrum of people - small, big, young, old etc.
It was a serious question, maybe with a little dark humor thrown in, but still serious. I envision a ship full of thins, good looking people and am afraid that I'll be out of place among them.
Its good to know that there will be a wide spectrum of people. I do need reassurances. Thanks for your reply.
from my experience, it is close to impossible to feel out of place on a cruise ship as far as being thin or being big is concerned. Just relax and look forward to having a great time. I'm sure you will enjoy your cruise!
Although some of us do diet before we go so we can eat all we want when we board!

The next time you are at the mall, grocery store, or any hotel, just look at the individuals that are there with you. These are the same type of people that will be with you on a cruise ship. My wife and I have sailed on several cruises and have enjoyed the people we have had the pleasure of meeting on each one. It is simple, relax and just enjoy. You can not go wrong.
