Hi Pattiteach,
Welcome to cruise-chat. While I will not be on that sailing, I just returned last night from my annual visit to Bermuda. It is an absolutely beautiful island and you should have a great time. For excusions suggestions, you might want to check out our sister site, PortReviews.com. for starters. Here is the link to the Bermuda info:

One of my favorite activities is snorkeling at Tobacco Bay. But, when the ships are in St. George's it can get VERY crowded. I would suggest you take public transportation over to St. George's when the ship's are docked in Hamilton and the Naval Dockyard - It is a fantastic experience - when not overun with other snorkelers.
If you are looking for a great dinner try the Lobster Pot (for seafood) or Little Venice (for Italian) in Hamilton. They are across the street from each other and are both excellent. The seafood chowder at the Hog Penny is a good option for lunch, as is the Port of Call (also both in Hamilton).
