Rooms surrounding the photo place on Soverign of the Seas?

We are in the process of booking 8 rooms on the Soverign of the Seas and need some oceanview some interior, preferably all on the same deck. The choices are SLIM PICKINS for Oct. 28th.
Could anyone tell me what the quality of rooms right around the Photography place would be. The only interior rooms left on deck 3 is the six surrounding it. Also will we hear the motors? We prefer to stay on a little higher deck but there are none on the higher decks that also have interior rooms available. Thanks in advance.
