The gratuity is automatically added on to all bar and wine service so you have no choice about paying cash for those tips. But, for the rest of the tipping guidelines, they are as follows: dining room waiter - $3.50 per day per guest; stateroom attendant - $3.50 per day per guest; assistant waiter - $2.00 per day per guest and headwaiter - $0.75 per day per guest. If service is above and beyond, increase tips accordingly. Also, if you order room service, don't forget to tip the person who delivers it. I usually plan on $1 per person order.
