Business Meetings on Cruise Ships

Hi people,

I was just wondering if anybody has experienced a business meeting onboard a cruise ship. I am currently in the process of planning a meeting and am looking into the RCCL Navigator of the Seas. How are the meeting rooms (spacious)? A/V equipment (good condition)?

I have not been on the Navigator, but I have attended business meetings on the Voyager and Explorer and found the conference facilities to be excellent. There was a large reception area with smaller breakout rooms, an executive boardroom, AV & teleconference equipment was state-of-the-art, acoustics were good and I was quite pleased.
