I am thinking about booking an excursion with Moby dick for the stringray tour, What is the best time for that excursion?

Grand Cayman is a tender port, which means it will take you some time to get to shore. If they have a departure after 10am, you would probably be safe in booking it, that is assuming your arrival time is 8am.
