I was never pregnant while cruising but on our last cruise, I did notice at least a couple of cruisers that were preggers. If in doubt, ask your TA or call the cruise line. They should be able to put your mind at ease. Enjoy your trip and your new babe when he/she arrives!
I was about 6 months pregnant when I went on my first cruise (Carnival Sensation Western Oct 2000) with my husband. Eveything was fine (I was finally past my 6months of all-day "morning sickness") and I really enjoyed it. I let the cruise line know that I was pregnant, confirmed that there was to be a doctor on board and made sure my medical insurance was complete. I was only just starting to show...you can't even tell in our formal night picture. If I remember correctly, Carnival had said that the end of the 6th month was their pregnancy cut off point (but I may be wrong...that was 4 and 1/2 years ago). Have lots of fun and just be smart about raw foods/ water and ice in the ports. Congrats!
