can someone tell me how this works in your cabin i know you have to buy internet service can someone tell how much it is.we are going sept 1 EOS and is it safe to leave laptop in cabin , Thanks

It is safe to leave your lap top in your cabin. There are various internet packages you can purchase, but figure about $.50/minute-$.75/minute. There is also an internet cafe on board if you don't want to mess with bringing your own. My hubby brings ours just to download pictures. I've told him it'd be a lot easier just to purchase extra memory chips, but I think he likes viewing what he takes as he goes along.

I agree it is safe to leave the laptop in the room. We took our's on the last cruise and had no problems with connecting. It is a little slow so your better off to by a block of minutes because you get a better deal the more time you buy.
