does RCI have express embarkation?

I have heard that Princess cruises have a express embarkation where they fill in forms weeks ahead so they can basically just walk on.
I know that they still would have to do the bag check, but what really does it do?
Also, Does RCI have and form of this?
Because on my last cruise aboard the Radiance of the seas, it was hot, long lines and very stressful.

RCI does request that you pre-register on-line, which makes check-in go much more quickly, but you will still have to stand in line (unless you are a Diamond or Platinum member of the Crown and Anchor Society).
