Halloween on Freedom

We are sailing on Freedom during Halloween and was wondering if the ship celebrates the holiday in any way. My daughter wants to know if we should bring costumes?

Any help?

Sure, go ahead and bring costumes. They'll have a halloween party on the ship, costume contest, etc. Look here and see!

Well usually i would bow to Dave B, Sonny V and the rest of the experts knowlege, however i totally disagree we where on the Grandeur last year over halloween i thought halloween was a big event in the U.S. i only saw 2 people on the entire ship with costumes and there was no halloween party in their discos

All I can say is I've read reports and seen photos of halloween parties being held in the ice rink on the Freedom, along with the other stuff.

Thanks for the info. My daughter is 17 (will be turning 18 on the ship) and still likes to dress up for Halloween. She is excited about the idea of the crew and guests possibly dressing up.

We splurged and got 2 grand suites for the 6 of us on this cruise since it is her 18th birthday. Can't wait!!! Will send photos if there is a party!

We will be on Mariner during Halloween and I know that several of our cruisemates will be in costume.

Billy do you wanna know something funny, i took a load of bandages thinking ther might have been a party, i was going to go up to dinner dressed up as a mummy wrapped up in all those bandages, thankfuuly i didint it would have looked like the Batman and Robin episode of Only Fools and Horses
