We just came back from the March 27 Majesty to Nassau, Coco Cay and Key West. We did the parasailing at Coco Cay and was pretty dissapointed in the lackluster experience. They (meaning an independant contractor...not RC) took about 10 of us out on a 20-25ft. boat for around an hour. Each tandem couple was up in the air for about 4-6 minutes and at an elevation of around 250ft. The driver really didn't 'play' with you much (letting your feet sink to the water before ripping you upward, etc.) He just drove in some lazy figure 8's and reeled you back in. The view was great; mind you, but the ride was better suited for the geriatric passengers. There was parasailing available in Nassau and Key West. If I had it to do all over again, I'd do it in Key West because that town isn't as exotic as Nassau or as interesting as Coco Cay...most people seemed almost bored with Key West after the first two stops. There was just so much to do in Nassau and Coco Cay, I hated wasting an hour like we did. Key West would be a great place to do the jet skis also because the jet ski outfit is located right next to the ship in port...pretty convenient!
