RCI Website C&A updated

I am a long time critic of the RCI website. Even their own employees get frustrated by it. I guess they worked on it all week and if you go there today it appears they have updated the C&A status's (or is that stati?). Mine finally shows Diamond level for instance!

Dave, I have the same problem. It shows me as platinum, when I am diamond now. I have called them twice over that last several months. Both times they said, "we are working on it". Rarely can I even log into see my status. I just logged in, and it did not pull up my status. Whatever!!! They did confirm we are diamond now, I guess that is all that matters. There C&A website is not worth the frustration in my opinion.

I do get my saving certificates via email. Oh well, as long as they know we are diamond, I won't fret too much over it.

Well, that explains why my last cruise (Feb '08) is still not showing up. I emailed them last week and they said they are working on it. I will have to check to see if it has been updated. I'm not even close to the two of you, but each cruise is another rung up the ladder.

LOL...isn't it great? Mine has updated too and like you Dave...they finally got us to Diamond....went right by Platinum...LOL

Yes ours is updated too. Sure does not seem like it should be that hard to update. Only took seven months.

I was hoping they got everyone's records fixed. I guess not. The C&A desk does have the accurate record. The website is just a nicety. Strange that I just made diamond and my record got fixed, yet Lori has been diamond for a while and still has a problem.

I do think they are at least trying to get it fixed...which is more than we have seen in a while.

By the way, I went to the website and mine is gone again,

My info is still there. It is stunning to me that this is so hard for RCI. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'd fire the managers responsible for their website...all of them.
