New User, First-time cruiser....few questions! (Updated!)

Well we are back from our 1st Cruise. And I cannot say enough about it, the time of my life! everything went perfect. I proposed to my girlfriend and she said YES!

I followed a few of your suggestions and spoke to the Cruise Director (Ricky wonderful guy!) when I got on the Ship. HE set it up perfectly for the big moment to happen during one of the Ship's biggest shows. He would call her up and act as if she won a prize then would call me up somehow....

I was sooooo nervous during the show as I saw approx. 300-400 people packed in the main theater but soon it was showtime

Again everything went better than I had imagined....we were like stars after the show everyone came up to congratulate us and of course many of ladies in the audience wanted to see the ring. We took tons of pictures as people also were snapping pictures

Afterwards and for the rest of the trip we were stopped countless times as some ladies said they actually cried. I was flattered by all the compliments.
Perfect vacation best time I've ever had!

Oh yeah forgot to add that the Wonderful Ricky (Cruise Director) and their staff left a bottle of Champagne and very nice card Congratulating us on our engagement!

Thank you all so much again, we are already planning our next cruise. I almost upset with myself that I waited so long to experienced something like that.

And I feel like I am the lucky one my fiancee was so patient (we have been together for 8 years). The most touching moment was afterward she said to me it was sooooo worth the wait!
