Is there computers we can use I believe ($1 per minute) to check our emails. Is there any "start-up fee" to be able to do this? Do you use your seapass card to do this?

Yes there is a registration fee - I think it was $3.95. You can buy packages of minutes which can reduce the per-minute fee. All of RCI's ships have an internet cafe with several desktop computers to use. You have to use your Sea Pass card for this, just like anything else you buy on the ship. Full instructions are available in the internet cafe.

My recollection is that RCCL is 50 centa a minute though there are plans that offer a higher number of minutes at a discounted rate.
