Marriage Licenses in San Juan

We're planning to get married at port in San Juan, PR on the 6/22 AOS cruise. To get the license, we plan to arrive in San Juan on Friday. The earliest flight will have us arriving in SJ at 10:30am -- does anyone know if this will give us enough time to take care of everything?
