After you complete 24 cruises you might get a bridge tour. It's a perk for being a Diamond Plus member of the Crown and Anchor Society. Make sure you join the C&A society. It's free and you qualify after your first cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Seems to me that prior to 9/11 there was a bridge tour on every cruise we went on. Since 9/11 I have not been on a cruise where they offered a bridge tour.

We are now Platinum Members and had 3 times a bridge tour, being Gold Members. It has nothing to do with your status, it depends on how busy they are on the bridge and if they like having people there.
On our Transatlantic crossing last november they offered bridge tours on 4 sea days. On other cruises there were only bridge tours on port days.
Ask at the front desk or your Loyalty Ambassador.

We are 5 days at Sea on Voyager sailing from Miami to Barcelona. So fingers crossed, they may do bridge tours.

I would think you would see bridge tours more on the Transatlantic because they need to have things to fill in all the sea days.

Oppis,
As a Diamond Plus member you get an invitation delivered to your cabin. You said it has nothing to do with your status. If you read the list of perks to all the levels of members you will see the Diamond Plus members are offered bridge, gally, and behind the scenes tours. I've been on tours where other than Plus members when along but that was up to the Captain. You are wrong about status not having anything to do with it.

You can sign up for one of the 'romance packages' on RCCL and that also includes a bridge tour along with all the other goodies. Other than that, or being on a cruise that is at least 2 weeks, I think you do need to be a diamond past passenger.

Huh? Previous poster said a romance package gets you a bridge tour? Maybe on Princess it does. On RCCL you get:
"This package includes a bottle of chilled Dom Perignon champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, one dozen roses and two terry robes in your stateroom upon arrival; canapés and petit fours every evening; breakfast in bed one morning during the cruise; and a silver-framed, 8" x 10" keepsake portrait."
I think SonnyV has it right.

Thanks Lightsluvr!
When replying to a post I like to be as accurate as possible. I would appreciate the same if I ask a question in the future.
