CABIN ? - ENCHANTMENT OF THE SEAS

First time cruiser, I have read that there are NEW rooms on the ship. Does anyone know what numbers they are? We are currently in 7574 with a balcony. I would love to have a new room though. Thank you.

Hi HowellBunch and welcomee to Cruise Chat.

Enchantment of the Seas was stretched. The ship was cut in half and a new middle section was added. Your cabin, being amidships, may well be one of the new cabins. However, when the stretch was done, the whole ship was refurbished and all the cabins redone so that they're all "new" in that regard. I sailed the Enchantment earlier this month, and had a great time.

cabin 7574 is not a new cabin, but if you can find any other cabins from 7582 to 7596 all the way down to the library, you'll enjoy staying at the new cabins.

I will be in 8081 and was told that was a new room. Is anyone able to confirm???

yes you are in the new section we were near you last sept in the new section.

8081 is in the old section. But the following Inside cabins are in the new section: 8085,8089,8093,8585,8589,8593

See the two above posts...this is why I am confused
RCI said it was new but didn't seem too sure and nobody seems to agree if its new or not. I know if its not new its not the end of the world but I kinda would like to know. Has anyone stayed in 8081 before?

Assuming that the little separations between cabins in the deck plan are the forward and aft edges of the new section, it would seem cabin 8081 is at the aft edge of the new part.

On old deck plan: cabin 8081 was 8035 which
was existing when the ship was built in 1997
