We are looking into a family cruise to either the Mexican Riviera or W. Caribbean with our kids (12-21),in Mar 09. Would like to know if it is and extra cost to do the rock climbing wall, ice rink and water slides/surfing onboard the ships. I don't want to tempt our kids with something on a daily basis if you have to keep shelling out money for it. Also, does someone have a favorite ship? Thanks for the help. Gennine

I have a favorite... Hrmmmm..... ALL OF THEM!!! Remember, long pants are required for ice skating & if you have any girls going to do the flowrider, board shorts & t-shirt is highly recommended!
It is all included however, if you are going to the ice show their are limited tickets and people are in line and hour a head of time. Also for the flo rider you will need to fill out a waiver for the children so go with them the first time or you will end up like I did. The kids waited in line and then had to come find us and then get back in line again. Your kids will have a great time.
About the only thing you will have to watch out for cost wise with the kids is the Arcade room. Now, you could drop some serious money in that place!! But, it is tucked out of the way so maybe it won't be a problem.

My wife and I are scheduled on the Liberty feb 23. She is very interested in ice skating. Am I to understand there is no fee for skate rental or skating?
