If anyone is interested in taking a Mexican Riviera Cruise, there is going to be a promotion that will make it quite affordable. Next week Royal Caribbean will offer some low prices to get people to book these cruises. I've already booked at a senior rate that I thought was a no brainer. I'm anxious to see what the prices will be.

Princess has a promotion going for certain dates at $399 for an inside; could it possibly be any less than that?

I think so. The price I got on my January 10th cruise is $601 per person for a D-1 balcony cabin on a 7 night cruise. A D-1 is the highest category under a junior suite. I suspect pricing will be lower yet. Now I won't have to do any Christmas shopping for my wife.

I don't know, Sonny; that sounds pretty risky to me--cruise or no cruise.

Yeah, I know. Maybe I should reconsider...

Gosh Sonny! A few years ago we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and my beloved asked if I would like a diamond or "something" and I told him only if it was some way affixed to a plane ticket. I think booking a cruise for her Christmas gift is a splendid idea.

I can clearly see I married the wrong woman. Well, after 43 years, it's a little late now.

When looking back almost 42 years, I know that for once in my life I made the perfect choice.

You keep up that kind of talk Sonny, and you won't have to worry about Christman shopping.

Keep in mind - my wife sometimes reads these posts.
