I just called Royal to find out if there is a shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to the pier and they said it was called a transfer, R/T costs $27 per person... Call me frugal, but I think paying $108 round trip to go 4 miles TOTAL for 4 people is pretty exorbitant.... obviously a rental car is out of the question.... anyone know of any other options, or how much a taxi would even be??? Thanks!! :-)

Get a taxi. I forget the fare but it is maybe $15 or so.

Also - your countdown clock needs to be BB Code in order to work. You are using HTML.

My cost for a taxi for my wife and I was $20 including the tip. That's for the two of us, not per person.
