can anyone tell me where to go to get the Ice show tickets. I understand they go very fast and I hope to be able to get them for our entire family. Is there a limited number I can book? Can I get them as soon as we board ? Thanks all,

You have to get them onboard only. They will make announcements when they are are available and they're free but there is no way to get them in advance.

Happy cruising, Neil

Don't worry. Everyone gets to see the ice show. The tickets are distributed so this happens and nobody gets froze out. You don't get them as soon as you board. They typically hand them out on the second (or third) day, if I recall correctly - depending on the ship. The show is done more than once over the course of the cruise in order to accomodate all the passengers.

Thank you for the info. I have six grandkids who will be very disappointed ( along with the adults ) if we dont get in to see the show. We have heard nothing but great things about it so don't want to miss it.

Just remember it is a very small rink. The impressive thing is how they can do it on a moving ship. Although many are wowed by the "stars" who do a quick change act, I find that I like the support skaters better - they are the ones who do the jumps and so forth.

They typically have a little fake train in the show, in which the skaters place little kids from the audience for a few minutes. I don't know how they select the kids - but if you sit the grandkids close to the the ice and by the steps one or more might be picked. Of course, I am talking about little kids!

The shows are done mostly by Russian skaters, who are very good....You can get as many tickets as you need, but when they announce the times to get them...RUSH....there will be a long line....and you can get them for which time works for you....amazing what they can do on a small rink....and of course, if you have kids with...take them skating...it's free and so are the skates.

I will try and get the little ones near the front by the stairs then. That would be a real thrill for them
