Can't say too much about the night life. We had second seating, so after dinner, we pretty much went to the Schooner Lounge for after dinner drinks and then to bed, but there is a lot to do at night, as all the lounges stay open really late.

We only had one day at sea and thoroughly enjoyed it, as the first two days we were in port and went on excursions. It was nice to relax the last day (at sea), but again, there is plenty to do if you are up for it.

Yes, I saved all the Daily Compasses and will be glad to email them to you if you will give me your email address.

luvs cruizen, i was on the same cruise and i thought it was great as well. i had a balcony on the 7th deck and it was nice. not a big space but fine for us. i thought the staff was the friendliest i have seen. i too loves the solarium and we spent all day sunday there. i was a little worried about the Grandeur being an older ship, but it was very nice. i would not hesitate to encourage anyone to go.

Just a quick last minute question. Are the safes in the room locked with a combination lock or do you have to use a credit card?
