sanielsen, Welcome to cruise-chat. The only way you can utilize the internet connection in your stateroom on the Radiance is through the "internet connection package" that is obtained at guest relations. There are only a limited number on board - so you need to get one as soon as you get onboard.

Hey there!

Brian and I were just on the Serenade of the Seas. Here's our experience:

The internet connection package consists of a cable that connects the modem port on your machine to a special jack in the wall in your stateroom (that looks like an ethernet jack, but is not).
