RCCL/Celebrity Please help

I need some help from all you seasoned crusiers. Recently I tried to book a holiday cruise directly with Celebrity. Due to MAJOR problems with the agent, the reservation was totally screwed up and will end up costing me $thousands$ more to get the same room category back.

Who should I write to at Celebrity/RCCL? I want the top guys name and e-mail if possible. Please give me a hand.

You can access the RCCL web site and there is a link to e-mail. If this was truly your agents mistake I believe you should be talking to the top person at the agency....they booked it. If it was directly through RCL then an email to the cruise line is warranted.
