Sovereign of the Seas - Obstructed Rooms/Views question

Hello all,

Im thinking of booking a cabin on the R.C. SovOfTheSeas and was wondering how bad are the cabins with "obstructed views"...??

Has anyone been on this ship and had a cabin on Deck 8 with the obstructed view? Are the views of nothing but the life boats or can you see alittle bit of a view around them??

I've had outside cabins on Sovereign Class ships and never really paid much attention to the view. My main concern was the light the window allows in the room. It's nice to know if it's day or night . So, I'd rather have an obstructed view then to be in an inside cabin with no view at all. We don't spend much time in our cabin even when we have a balcony or a suite.

we were on the sovereign in feb. and had a room on deck 8..

yes the lifeboats are there, but you can see around them!

the rooms are vvvvvvery small on the soveign
