First time cruiser going to the Bahamas

I am taking my daughter to the Bahamas on The Sovereign of the Seas 7/14-7/18 for her 30th birthday. Since we are of different age groups, what would you guys suggest for activities/excursions that would be fun for us both? I can't do parasailing because of size, but I'm up for about anything else.

Do one of the dolphin encounters. They are not physically demanding and are a lot of fun.

Another option is Atlantis. The beach beside it is free also.

wsugrad-By all means the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island is worthy of a day in Nassau-it is well worth doing!
