Small children on Adventure Ocean?

Hi

We are a family going on our first cruise, onboard the Jewel of the Seas in May. I understand that there is an Adventure Ocean area onboard, but I´m not sure if they allow 1.5 years old children in there?
Of couse we intend to be with him all the time, it's just that we want to be able to go there and play once in a while. Do you think we can do that?

I'm pretty sure they offer a mommy/daddy and me program that Fisher Price sponsers. Go on RCCL main web site and you will see a link to the Adven. Ocean club. That will show you pictures of the rooms, etc.

I am probably NOT going to get father-of-the-year for this, but I would probably leave a 1.5 year old at home. The child is unlikely to remember the trip, and will make it difficult for you to enjoy dinner and undertake shore excursions. But if you wish to take your child, then I think they have plenty of things for them to do.

I used to tease mine by telling them I was taking a roll of duct tape if they misbehaved. *s*
