last minute booking

I am traveling on MOS next week. Last minute my sister her family and her in-laws also would like to join us. All of suddden it seemed the ship is no longer selling cabins. Anyone know of charters or how to get on a list of cancelled reservations? Any advice would be helpfull? We would love to travel together and I am tied into my trip.

Sheryl, I just took a look at the Feb. 18 sailing of the Majesty, and all categories are either on a waitlist basis, or are closed, except the Royal Suite. This is the most expensive room on the ship, and holds 4 or 5 people. I don't know how many of you want to go, but you may want to look into this although it's an expensive option.

At this point, it's doubtful that anyone is holding blocked space that has not been sold. You may want to see if your travel agent can put you on a waitlist. Since rooms holding more than 2 people are limited on most ships, the chances at this point of rooms becoming available that hold more than 2 people are rather slim.

Thanks for the reply Sandy, actually doubles would be fine, but we would need 4 of them! I am going to call Liberty Travel first thing in the AM and am also going to call RC and ask about cancelled reservations. Do they close ships out befor they are full? Because one day it looked like they had a number of rooms open and the next day they were closed out.

Good luck, Sheryl. Perhaps a Royal Caribbean agent can see "last cabin availability" that I can't see on their reservations system, but as of now, there are no cabins available. I hope they can squeeze in your relatives.
