I cannot understand why RCI has such a problem maintaining the personal information area of their website. It has gone on for years and if anything has gotten worse. Our latest saga involves Vanessa's account. It moved to diamond level when mine did but I noticed they didn't list two of her cruises. I foolishly e-mailed them an inquiry. RCI replied a few days later saying they had found the missing cruises and would post them to Vanessa's list of cruises. That was two weeks ago. Since then, her account no longer shows her C&A status and doesn't show ANY past cruises.
I realize the website isn't the ultimate storage area for C&A status, and they know she is diamond, but for pete's sake it shouldn't be this hard!
