Morning E-Mails

Up until the new system was rolled out, I was receiving a daily email with all new posts from the RCI main link. Has this been discontinued as I have not had one since the new system???

That was a feature of the old software. I am not sure it can be done with vBulletin. I am still learning my way around here too.

Here is how you can get e-mail notifications. Bear in mind this will only be for new posts to threads that you either initiated or have replied to, otherwise known as subscribed threads.

Open your User CP, go to Edit Options, and then on the right you'll find an option to select various methods of notification under the "Default Thread Subscription Mode". You can pick instant, daily, weekly e-mail notification, or the default no notification. Don't forget to save your changes at the bottom of the screen.

Well, I reset my account for immediate e-mail notifications this morning and have yet to get any e-mail alerts. Not sure what the lag time is. I may have to root around in the forum controls and see if there is a setting I need to adjust.
