Where to go at Ft. Lauderdale after cruise

Hi,
Our flight after cruise is at 9:30pm. We have a lot of time after leaving the cruise ship.
Please give advice for the place to stay during the day.

We took an excursion to the Everglades and went on an airboat ride. It was a lot of fun.

The Everglades is fun and so is the Jungle Queen. The Jungle Queen goes to an Indian Village and they have alligator wrestling, plus a Bar-B-Que dinner/lunch. If you like fishing, you might be able to do a half day charter or drift fishing boat. Las Olas is fun to stroll around and check out the "kitchy" shops and the cafes. You could check with the Sheraton Yankee Clipper and see if they have a day rate, they're right on the beach.
