Enchantment of the Seas 7 Days Bahamas 23rd April 2011

Looking at having a quick break on Enchantment of the Seas around the Bahamas on 23rd April 2011 as not sure can wait till our October cruise on Allure of the Seas.

Has anyone been on Enchantment and does anybody have any advise on where to eat and what to do as there are 3 seas days too.

We took that cruise in Jan. Since it was so cold we spent the entire 9 days inside the ship - didn't even leave the ship to go on Cocoa Cay. The food in the main dining area was good. The ship is easy to navigate and the Windjammer is designed well. We didn't do the specialty restaurant but some of our tablemates did and weren't overly impressed. The captain is a hoot - another Bob Newhart! Hope you have fun.

I was on the Enchantment back in October of 2009. This was a Caribbean itinerary before she got repositioned. Loved the ship! She went an "Extreme Makeover" including adding rooms.

I didn't go to the Specialty Restaurants. I just ate in the Main Dining Room, and was pleased with the food. As far as things to do on the days at sea, they will usually have quite a variety of activities. Just to name a couple are Bingo, the casino, and maybe some water / pool contests. There is also (I think) a rock climbing wall if I remember right.

Any other questions, I'll see if I can answer them. I've only taken 3 cruises, but they're starting to "run together," as I can't remember what was on which ship.
