Adventure of the Seas
 

Has anyone recently sailed the Adventure of the Seas? We are thinking about booking a cruise on the ship and want to know the condition of the ship.

I would not worry about it. Royal Caribbean always takes great care in maintaining their ships and doing periodic refreshing of furnishings and fixtures.

Yes, my wife and I were just on her a few weeks ago. I will echo what Dave said and say that the ship still looks great and we had just as good of a time last month that we did five years ago on her!

There are places where you can tell the ship is getting older. For example, some of the carpeting in the higher traffic areas is showing some wear, but unless you are looking for it, you won't notice.

The ship still has all of the same, wonderful activities and the crew was excellent. The cruise director is Anna Bass, which in my opinion, is one of the best. We had a lot of fun.
