Spa Services on Royal Caribbean cruise

I was very disappointed in the spa services of the Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas. Did not get the full service I paid for and then was billed a 20% gratuity, which I was not going to leave her that much. I would not waste my time or money on their spa services.
