Hi Dave, welcome home! I'm glad to read you had a great time. So which one is your favorite, the Allure or Oasis? With as many passengers as you had on board, it's a wonder you were able to get any peace and quiet.

The Allure is better in my opinion because it has Samba's, Rita's, and the Doghouse hot dog stand. Otherwise it is a wash.

Since you are such a seasoned cruiser on RCCL..do any of their ships have self serve laundry? We're going on the Mariner in Oct. for 16 night transatlantic and a self serve laundry service would be great!

RCI does not have self-service laundries on any of their ships. They will have a laundry bag special on cruises, where everything you can cram into a plastic bag gets wash and fold for a flat fee.
