I am sitting in rome airport
Just returned of a 12night cruize

Last yer sailed on the brilliance. What a high standard

Very dissapointed with mariner. Too big , very little personal touches

Staff mostly not friendly. With the exeption of stella at crown and ancor club

After complaining to her ,we were compensated with a free dinner at chops and grill. Made me a bit more optimistic , what personal service for our last night

Sevice in my time dining ---- shocking. !!!!!!!!

Sorry things weren't up to standard. I went on the Brilliance a couple years ago and loved that ship too. I hope you enjoyed the itinerary and other aspects of the cruise such as the entertainment.
