Can I bring bottled water in luggage?

Just back from the Navigtor and say people bringing water on board with no questions asked.

The new policys sole purpose is to push more people into buying the new bottled water package. RCI had some credibility in saying no personal booze so they could control excessive drinking, but not so with the new caveats. I'm glad to hear they are not being so rigorous in their enforcement when it comes to the water and soda.

No surprise, basically a non-answer from RCI in MHO.

Wow, if that's not a "canned" reply, I don't know what is. Gee, you can purchase a soda package, but be sure you don't ask for the wrong size soda because we'll charge you extra. And oh, by the way, if you want a can, that will be extra, too. Oh, gee, we don't carry Pepsi products, but we'll be happy to sell you what we do carry.

How I love the corporate world. It used to be that presidents, and top officers of companies actually took time to know their customers and reply to them. Now, let's just send out a template.

Yup, so glad I took the time to email to Crown and Anchor, and they value my Diamond membership so much, well Dave mentioned NCL is having a Pepsi promotion

It's a shame cruise lines have to resort to marketing agreements which offer reduced wholesale prices if they only sell Coke or Pepsi brands. As I recall, NCL has signed with Pepsi while everyone else is tied to Coke. It is silly. I think I'd be more happy to see a cruise line that offered a variety from both "sides". I happen to like Pepsi as a straight soda more than I do Coke. Dr. Pepper more than Mr. Pibb. I don't get obsessive about it and take whatever is offered, but still...

I've never actually noticed: do they pour from cans at the bar or do they use syrup? If they use syrup I can see why they wouldn't want two set-ups; but they could still sell cans from the other company.

For that matter, I'd like to see a little better beer and ale selection--at least on Princess; I don't know how much variety the other lines have.

Yeah Dave, it just makes me sad, but luckily so much of cruising still makes me happy!

I will still bring my Pepsi and water, and if they want to take it, so be it.

As I have seen it, it depends on the bar, some use the dispenser, and sometimes the cans. I fell in love with the guava juice on the Century, and only had 3 bottles of Pepsi all week. The passion guava juice was SO GOOD!
