Freedom of the Seas show reservations

Hey Gang,

I noticed on RC's website that I can reserve show tickets for my upcoming cruise on the FOS. I know that the ice show can fill up quickly, but is this really necessary for the other shows? If so, which ones?

I will be traveling with my family of five and we have the early dinner seating. We are the type of people who will show up quite early in order to get a good seat.

Please help!

Thanks,

Brad

Strictly speaking, if you can make reservations for any particular show then the expectation is they will not let you in early if you do not have a reservation. As on the Oasis/Allure, people with reservations are admitted first and those without reservations cannot enter until around 15 minutes prior to show time for any open seats.

I wasn't aware they had started doing this on the Freedom and Liberty, but I guess it is one more thing from the Oasis/Allure that is cascading down.

I just noticed this myself the other day. I went ahead and picked the ice show that worked best with our schedule and then each of the evening shows that aligned with our dinner plans. It will be interesting to see how it works out on the smaller ships.
