I want to know more about the horseback ride. We have ridden on a few islands (15 year old daughter is an addict) but not Cozumel. My adult daughter only wants to go to the beach, my son-in-law wants to be active and snorkel or jet ski. This sounds like you didn't have to pick one or the other.

Laurie, here's the info on the horseback riding excursion.

I did one in San Juan and was not at all happy with it. Hopefully others are much better.

Penny, like I said, no problem about missing the second excursion. One thing I forgot to mention, even though it may have been for the better. It started to rain that afternoon, so even if I had made the second excursion, I don't think I would have enjoyed beachfront horseback riding in the rain.
