My tux and my wife's formal dress would fill up a carry-on.
You're right about that. Hubby usually wears a dark suit on formal night, where he packs the trousers and wears the jacket on the plane. The one time my husband brought his tux was our cruise on Queen Mary 2, to which we were able to drive, so the extra luggage didn't matter. I wear fancy pants suits on formal nights and those pack easily.

There's been a few time when I washed a t-shirt or shorts that I spilled coffee on.
One guest spilled her full glass of OJ on me and then her husband was extremely rude when I said they should pay for laundering services. RC nicely gave me a complementary laundry voucher for my shorts and shirt. I was really bummed as I had just put the clothes on for our day in Acapulco.

Yeah, I had a jealous wife spill a glass of red wine on me, when she thought I was flirting with her husband. Beleeeeeeeive me, not the case at all. I put my blouse in the sink to soak, put on a new, darker blouse, poured another glass of wine and rejoined the group, laughed it off.

I usually put my formal stuff to be cleaned the first night, as Sonny says "no brainer." I plan to use the complimentary laundry service on Celebrity Century and get down to that two bags for my next cruise. The new airline fees are making me rethink everything. What it costs to fly needs to include all those new fees. Expedia has a cool new pricing comparison that includes baggage fees, drinks, snacks and any other fees they think of.

Exactly. I was so proud of myself that I managed to get everything in one checked suitcase for my 15-night cruise. And I actually used/wore everything except for one dress and one shirt so I was quite pleased. I'm the queen of overpacking so it was quite an accomplishment for me.

Queenofcruzin, me thinks that would have been a great time to get one heck of a food fight going; just kiddin, how petty and just crazy, must have a complex and serious issues! Sounds like you exhibited great restraint!

LOL...she said oops. No food fight, she was a mean girl. That couple ended up stalking the gentlemen I cruised with, showed up at their front door in Michigan from Florida !! I always thought I would see them on a Dateline episode. But it was entertaining on a 12 night Med Cruise ! Drama !! LOL
