RCL Credit Card

Must be nice to get points toward these cruises. It's awful that these cards are only available to anyone with a US address. We have called and written letters to no avail to get these available to everyone in the world as there are people cruising from every corner of the earth. We can get all the big department stores and food stores credit cards, so why not these? We have JC Penny, Target, Marcy and tons other credit cards from the US. Every cruise line is the same.

OPS, I forgot I also have an Marriott points reward credit card from the US and a Holiday Inn card. So what is the difference???
