As for Halloween, I'm going to say no to dressing up. Not one for getting dressed up-don't even own a suit, sport coat or a TIE-yuck! Last time I did tho, I was so lazy I wore my uniform (police) and scared the kids. Wife was NOT pleased....... I have the other reservation numbers and will be calling RCL soon to try and link them up so that we all can eat together. We usually eat at the 6pm setting-not real late-owls and hate to bed on a really full belly.
Even after you've linked the reservation numbers, double-check with the maitre d' as soon as you board the ship. I had one instance (with a different line) where both of us had linked our reservation numbers yet it somehow did not get communicated to the dining staff. It was taken care of promptly as it was several hours before dinner. It's rare, but best to verify once onboard. But do take care of it now.

Dave; looking at the April and May sailings of Brilliance, it appears to me that she may go into refit across the pond in Europe. I thought that they did those kind of things here in the US-I can see from her RCCL Website fot the ship that she is getting quite a lot done to her such as a Diamond lounge, restaurants, and such. Could that be why it seems to be being done over there?
Where refitting is done depends on many factors, one of which is shipyard availability. However, Navantia shipyard in Cadiz has done a couple of the upgrades and has more upcoming because it is more efficient and cost-effective. They are building expertise with these specific modifications within the work force, as well as built-in construction and engineering efficiencies.
I don't know if Brilliance will use Navantia. I read it depends on how much work needs to be done. Some ships will need less work than others, and so might be done at other yards.
