I have been checking the Royal Caribbean site since I made reservations for a cruise for my Sister, her husband and my niece, as a 25th anniversary gift never imagining the price would drop and IT DROPPED!

I called Royal Caribbean and within minutes had a new email with a $362.00 reduction. This is fun. I think I like this reduction thing. Very excited here and I will keep checking since their trip is not until April 2, 2010 on the Radiance of the Sea to the Mexican Rivera

Prices are pretty low right now. I doubt if you'll get another reduction--but, you never know. It's kind of fun checking the prices every once in awhile. Tip: Check the prices on Tuesday as the date gets closer.

even when a cruise is paid for in full can you still avail of the reduction if its on your cabin category?

Yes, unless you have a jerk for a travel agent. I've had a price reduction after final payment several times. They give you an onboard credit for the adjusted amount.
