Serenade of the seas...is it good?

Hi,
I was just wondering what the weather is like on vancouver to honolulu sailings aboard serenade of the seas. It is quite a big ship, for i have sailed aboard radiance of the seas, but i dont know if the ocean will rock the ship. is it rainy, windy etc...

Plus, The Serenade of the seas is supposed to be a very nice ship, what is it like?
is it exaclty like the radiance, because if it is, then its really nice.
I am planning a voyage Sept 26 this year and wondering if anyone is also going that same date, it would be cool to see someone in real life that you met on a chat site...
What kind of Shore Excursions are the best in Hawaii? i know it sails to hilo, lahaina overnight,
kailua kona overnight and then arrives in Honolulu.
