Sailing date info

need good information regarding sailing dates. I posted a question a few days back and have not gotten a response, I am new and uncertain whether I did it correct or not.
I am interested in two items, we are considering sailing on RCC (our 2nd cruise) our first was on Carnival. I wanted to know if Jan was bad time to sail due to weather conditions? We are considering the Nav of the seas. My dau (17) and a friend will be accompanying us, she wanted to know if RCC would have teens of comparable ages traveling.

RC Navigator of the Seas is a perfect fit for the teenagers. My daughter (who is now 21) has sailed frequently and the Voyager class ships are her ultimate favorite. They have their own teen disco and lounge along with numerous activities planned for people their own age. No matter what time of year there will definitely be numerous other teens onboard. The ship is fantastic and offers everyone in the family a myriad of activities and entertainment options.
