Radiance of the Seas

I have read some very good reviews about the Radience of the Seas and am considering a cruise for next year. The one that cover the Panama Canal sounds great. I am from England and have only cruised on the Fred Olsen cruise line and am going on the P & O Line Oceana (was Ocean Princess for a short time) for the new year around the Carribean. I would like to know if the Radiance of the Seas is likely to be over run with children. I do love children ( I am an adoring Grandmother to 2) but I do not like to have too many children around me all the time whilst I am on holiday. I am however, looking forward to meeting some of you from America.

The Radiance of the Seas is an absolutely beautiful ship and you will surely enjoy the cruise! There are many children aboard during school holidays, but if you are looking at the Panama Canal trip, there will probably be very few. The length of the cruise and sailing dates makes this trip one that most families do not choose. Even when the ship is overrun with children (As it was on a cruise I took over Spring Break) the layout of this magnificent ship minimizes the "child experience". Other than at the main pool, I never even noticed that over 600 of the passengers were children. Don't hesitate to choose this ship!
